No matter how much I enjoy call of duty, whenever I get annoyed by anything that seems unfair I think "man, Bad Company doesn't have this issue." and I go back to it and start having a blast. 
 
And when there are things I don't like about this game that make me want to go back to CoD, they get fixed so that I don't have to deal with them (I'm talking about you, mcom kamikazes).  And then I regain interest again.
 
This game just feels like more of a evolution of multiplayer first person shooters than anything since CoD4.
 
I really can't wait for Vietnam. Its a shame few of my friends play this compared to CoD 24/7.

I enjoy Bad Company 2 more as well, although I will admit that it's a tougher game to get into since MW2 is just GOGOGO all the time.

I can't stop enjoying BC2. I take breaks from it for other games but I get back in there. I never meet hackers outside of non-deathcam servers (okay it happened *once* and he was banned by PB in an instant), I never experience latency issues turning me off or giving me unfair kills or deaths, I make love to the fact I can bring down buildings and barricades, I enjoy the variety vehicles bring and the large maps and the gunplay and the sound engine and everything.
 
It is the MP FPS GOTY.

Yea, I really enjoy the battlefield series a lot. It's always fun to get into. My only problem with bc2 is I swear it takes forever to unlock stuff in that game.

Totally agree, the only thing I hate....is that fucking night snow map. Drives me fucking bananas. 

Have you played BF2? it's even better.

When the stars align, and you get into a match populated by good team players.......it is a magical game. 
That being said, I wish I was better at it. Whenever it comes down to a head to head firefight with an enemy, I always lose.

I really can't get into Bad Company online, I play a game or two and think, I enjoyed myself, now I'm going to do something else.

How is the BBC2 community now? I haven't played it in probably 5 months or more. Is it pretty high level of play? (which is not necessarily a bad thing at all, was sick of teams of all snipers and no spotting teammates)

Let's hope BF3 is awesome.

Yep! same sentiment here. keep coming back to its multiplayer. I play atleast 4 games a day or so and I've not had this routine since the release of COD4 back in 2007. I just couldn't go back to MW2 or the COD franchise anymore after playing BFBC2.

This game brings me back to high school, playing 1942 over and over and over and over.  And I'm even playing on an xbox now, and still have that same nostalgia feeling.  I don't know if any of you all also notice this, but i still get that little jolt of excitement when you run across a player used to the way another FPS plays and you destroy them.  The fact that at some level, I can do good in this game, where playing modern warfare I rarely do and Halo to a lesser extent, makes me smile.
 
Plus this game is a great game to take a mid-game pee break and come right back into the action.

I've had it since release and I go back to out about once a week or so when I'm at home. I really can't imagine another multiplayer shooter coming out on the PS3 I'd rather play. 

yes i too love coming back to this game. Sniping sucks so badly in Black Ops. BC2 on the other hand, with my 50 cal and 12X scope. im killing your ass from miles away =)
