...is waiting for it to load up the map you requested, only for it to get to the end of the load and then start loading an entirely different map because it put you into a match as the game is finishing. Which then means you have to wait for THAT map to load before you can quit out and load up the map you wanted in the first place. Three sets of loading in all. GRRRRRR!
