Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is the second installment in this spin-off Battlefield series. It has a more serious campaign and a vastly expanded multiplayer system.
@sins_of_mosin: You can do whatever you like with your time spent gaming, of course, but anyone woulda told you up front that was a poor investment given your strategy.
Anyway, chalk me up as a BFBC2 fan. I played BF2 back in the day, but after a few months it stopped being willing to load maps and I haven't touched it since. Left a bad taste in my mouth. But I've played enough BF2 and BF1942 to have an informed opinion and say that the only thing that makes BFBC2 a worse game than BF2 is player count. Regenerating health possibly, also, but then again one might argue that with the more widely spaced out players, regenerating health is a necessity since you can't count on medics being around even if people are playing them... and people usually are.
@Veektarius: Whats a poor investment? Me not playing the MP portion of games? I could say the same for people who rarely finish the single player portion and just do the MP.
Would you also make that comment to people who don't care to do the collection quests or such in games? How about people who play a game once but there are three classes that they can play as, is that a poor investment?
I bought during the steam and I'm not having fun all. Reason being is magnum ammo. Now you might say i need to stop playing it like COD but thats not the case I'm used to being killed in one shot in the WW2 PC game Red Orchestra. What make s BFBC2 different is the magnum ammo rips through anything and everything cover, multiple bodies and my ammo doesnt do shit and I hide and that doesnt do shit. As much as I like beating my head against the fucking wall I'Il stop playing BFBC2.
