    What just because something is on the internet doesn't mean its readily avaliable world wide; sites can restrict access from other countries. Hulu and Youtube are prime examples.

    However I am unsure if its a world wide release or just north america or just USA. However personally after playing for a while it got dull fast, it was so imbalanced that I couldn't enjoy it and went back to TF2 and CS:S.

    Thanks for the help,My problem is whenever I get to the the Installer it keeps saying that it cannot find Build so I gave up.Back to TF2 i think..

    2 possible problems. You need to

    • Install it as an administrator, and
    • You HAVE to be logged it.
