I'm playing the Last of Us. Well, honestly, I noticed it while watching someone else play the intro to the Last of Us because I am curious how another human being reacts. Anyway I noticed that a character slept on top of the covers as video game characters are wont to do.

Do you think is going to change next generation? Are you excited to see characters sleep in bed for a change? Some hot covers action? Pillows?

Lying down in covers can be a real pain to animate though; so, I imagine they just didn't think it was worth it to do. And that may remain true in the next generation.

Though, hey, maybe with innovations like SpeedSheets™, developers will be able to put in more scenes of characters lying underneath the covers. ;)
