Ben Zeller is an actor that has lent his abilities to both Mad Dog McCree games as the Prospector. He has also acted in numerous TV shows and movies such as Beerfest and Lightning Jack.
Ben Zeller is most famous in the gaming world for appearing in three different American Laser Games titles. In Mad Dog McCree (Game) and Mad Dog II: The Lost Gold, he plays "The Prospector," who acts as a guide of sorts for the player. In Space Pirates (Game) he plays "Parallax," the creator of the Star Splitter cannon the player needs to finish the game. Parallax also inadvertently injured Captain Talon, the main antagonist of Space Pirates, years earlier, thus turning him into the disfigured man he is at the time of the game's story. In addition to his work as an actor in these games, he also wrote the script for Mad Dog II.
