Bender Bending Rodríguez is a drunken and vulgar robot from the Futurama universe.

Bender is a futuristic robot from the TV show Futurama and is voiced by John DiMaggio. Bender was created as a bending unit, designed to bend steel girders with his bare hands. He runs on alcohol and he also likes to smoke. He is very rude and often makes fun of others around him, even close friends. He is also a convicted felon and often commits more crimes without remorse.

He met his best friend, Philip J. Fry, in line for a suicide booth. Now Bender works at Planet Express with Fry and their captain, Leela. He has been in 2 games, starring in Futurama The Game and making a cameo in The Simpsons Game.
