Honestly, I'd love some kind of element where you have your period at the worst time and have to cleverly sneak out of a conversation to find an emergency tampon. Immersion!

As someone playing the game, I'll say that only the last one is real. But that's just a case of prompting a dialogue with another character.

If you peed just a bit before having to poop, you can poop without peeing.

Yeah ok, but in the fake screenshot the game gives her the option to pee, leading me to believe that she hasn't gone yet. If you made her pee then stand back up for the button prompts to reappear then poop, there still wouldn't be a reason to have pee, poop and combo there at the same time.

Well ... she has superpowers.

Why doesn't the third picture have an option for a combo and a fist?
