Big Blag is a giant obese rat who leads the Dark Queen's rat army in the game Battletoads
Buxom antagonist of the Battletoads series who appears a number of times as the final boss of the games. She strives to rule the galaxy and is constantly trying to defeat the Battletoads and Professor T. Bird.
General Slaughter is a bull-like commander of the Dark Queen's armies in the game Battletoads
The Robo-Manus is a character who appears frequently as a boss in the Battletoads franchise, and even appears as a final boss in two of the games. Most likely the Dark Queen's second in command, Robo-Manus is a cybernetic mutant who tends to change in terms of appearance and armament every time he appears.
Silas Volkmire is the secondary villain in the Battletoads series, although he has only ever appeared in one game.
