A highly intelligent high school student, Billy both fights as the Blue Ranger and helps Alpha 5 and Zordon with operating the Command Center. As a ranger, he is equipped with a lance and controls the Triceratops Dinozord, Unicorn Thunderzord, Wolf Ninjazord, and Blue Shogunzord.
