It would be pretty silly if they didn't, they already made the decision to put the first one on the PS3, so why would they not put the sequel out too?

I heard its gonna be multiplatform from the start this time, however I have no excitement for Bioshock 2 what so ever..I just think the game should be left alone, I liked the first a lot and making a second one just doesn't seem good to me. On top of most of the main team and Ken aren't gonna be producing it like the first.

Yeah I do agree with that, Bioshock is great as a standalone game, there's no need for spin-offs, sequels, or prequels, because that'd just be milking the franchise.
