    BioShock Infinite

Game » consists of 20 releases. Released Mar 26, 2013

The third game in the BioShock series leaves the bottom of the sea behind for an entirely new setting - the floating city of Columbia, circa 1912. Come to retrieve a girl named Elizabeth, ex-detective Booker DeWitt finds more in store for him there than he could ever imagine.

    Worth finishing the original?

I decided to give Bioshock another shot about a week ago in anticipation for Infinite. The atmosphere and story seem awesome, but I can't stand playing the game. There's just too much repetition with all the hacking, enemy respawns, and fetch quests. After Brad spoiled some of the ending on the bombcast, is there really any reason for me to keep playing? I'm around Neptune's Bounty, but if there isn't really anything else to glean from the game, I'm thinking about just setting it aside as a game I really should have played when it was released.

I'm not sure why this post is under Bioshock Infinite but sure. Just be aware that Bioshock is paced a little poorly but that was due more to being an older game where there are entire sections and levels where the only reason to be there is to pick up an item/return item and leave which just eats your time.

@extomar: Sorry, I posted under Infinite because the Bioshock forums here are basically dead (except for the one thread about Brad's spoiler dump)

    Well, here's your answer:

No, you shouldn't. You can't stand it, that's all you need to not play anymore bro!
