One of my favourite games and, as such, I feel obligated to let people know they can get in on the action for no cost. You still need a Credit / Debit Card and it's apparently a hassle to get your details removed from the store, but still doable.

Do you get a Steam key for the game, or is it standalone?

Did you hear about GameFly through Wreck-it Ralph? Because I (am saying that I) did.

1. Goes through Gamefly's own client, which I believe you need a subscription to use it?

2. If I remember correctly, Bioshock used SecuROM DRM on the retail copies, eventually removed the installation slots thing, and has a ton of issues with malware/anti-virus protection...unless this version somehow has none of those problems.

BioShock 1 and 2 are both always $5 during Steam sales. If I were you guys I'd just wait until then to have it on a better service than Gamefly.
