Hi, guys.

I'm a huge fan of the BIT.TRIP series, and Runner in particular. When I heard a sequel was being made, I couldn't have been more excited. I've finally gotten to play the game, and it's really everything I could have hoped for. It's bigger, crazier, and yet comfortingly familiar.

Since I strongly believe that everyone should play this game, I've decided to gift someone a PC copy via Steam. How will I select this someone, you ask? I'd like to see some Commander Video/BIT.TRIP fan art! It can be as basic or intricate as you'd like. If I'm honest, the end of the recently posted quick look was the inspiration for this art idea. I'll be gathering the names of participants and selecting someone at random, so you need not concern yourself with artistic ability.

So go forth and draw Commander Video! Or Uncle Dill! Or whatever you'd like (that's BIT.TRIP related)! I'm hoping for loads of horrendous/fantastic drawings. I'll likely reveal the winner in a couple of days to give everyone a bit of time.

UPDATE:@earlessshrimp Has kindly offered to donate his copy of the original BIT.TRIP Runner to a, wait for it, runner up. So there you go, your chances of winning have doubled. When crafting my entry, I found Commander Video a bit too square.

Man that game got rough in those last couple of stages. Still have to beat the level before the boss.

I was playing a bunch of the Bit.Trip games when Rock Band 3 came out, so I named my band "Commander Video"

I bought this game the other day, so I'm not entering or anything, but I want to concur that this game is pretty amazing.

Also, I just collected every piece of gold in the Bit.trip runner minigame in Retro City Rampage. Almost threw my Vita at the wall, but I did it.

@jswan13: Oh wow, I had no idea such a thing exists within Retro City Rampage. It's sitting on my PS3 waiting for me to play, and now I really have to.

Anyway, I've decided I'll come up with a winner of this tomorrow sometime so that we can hopefully get a few more entries. This has already been great, though.

Alright, everyone. After a long and grueling selection process (hitting my mouse button once to initiate a random number generator) I've come to the conclusion that one @jswan13: is the winner of this here little contest! And with that amazing depiction of Uncle Dill as well as Vinny, it's well-deserved. I'll get you added on Steam and the game gifted as quickly as possible.
