    Overview

    Bit.Trip Saga is a 3DS compilation of the Bit.Trip series, originally developed by Gaijin Games for WiiWare. Rather than only having a downloadable option, Bit.Trip Saga was also released at retail on 3DS game cards through Aksys Games, who also served as the games' original downloadable publisher.

    Games

    Bit.Trip Saga contains all six entries in the series. Each game is based on separate and distinct gameplay mechanics. In order of their original release, the games are:

    The games' graphics received a minor change to allow for the three-dimensional display of the 3DS Although, while the 3D on the handheld system was turned on, the game displayed less frames per second (FPS) which caused significant problems for players in a series that places a heavy focus on maintaining rhythm.

    Controls

    The paddle in Bit.Trip Beat and Bit.Trip Flux can be controlled with either the Circle Pad Pro or by using the stylus on the bottom touch screen.
