Bit.Trip Saga, Bit.Trip Complete Get Bit.Trippy in September

Bit.Trip Runner made me want to kill and hug myself at the same time. LOVE AND HATE.

If you haven't played any of the Bit.Trip games, a solution is en route. Gaijin Games and Aksys Games are bundling all the games in the series--Beat, Core, Void, Runner, Fate, Flux--for both 3DS and Wii. The former's coming under the name Bit.Trip Saga, the latter as Bit.Trip Complete.

Each version's getting bonuses, too. On 3DS, it's...3D. And if there ever was a series whose visuals were perfectly matched for the benefits of 3D, Bit.Trip is it. On Wii, it's a soundtrack sampler, 120 challenges, audio and video galleries with remixes and production art, additional difficulty modes (as if these games weren't hard enough to begin with), online leaderboards and letters from the developers.

Both are dropping on September 13. Bit.Trip Runner in 3D? I'm in a puddle of drool.

I love this series. Even if the only one I've actually completed is Runner.

YES~!

Can't wait, games are perfect to play on the go.

Now give me Bit.Trip Runner 2!

I'll be getting the 3DS one then, even if the wii edition is overcompensating.

I love Bit.Trip Beat and Runner so much. <3

Glad they're getting re-releases.

Good to see they're getting disc/cartridge releases.  I stayed away because of the Wii's horrible store.

YEEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHH

Good on them. I have bought all of them on wii, but I would love to support a great company with a 3DS purchase.

I want the other Bit.Trip games to come to PC. I have Beat and Runner, but none of the others are on PC. Port them over, Gaijin!!!!!

Looks good

The 3DS version doesn't get the extra levels? Lame.

Still, really happy they put a date on this!

Make this in the PC and I buy it day one.

I think the reason why I never played it is because I don't own a damn WII! Why not release it on another system, one that you haven't made it for in the past.

Neat!

I am just happy it is coming to the Wii in its complete form. I would buy the 3DS version, but still do not have one because I feel like the hardware is kinda incomplete... I guess I am just waiting on a second revision. I guess I still feel burned from buying the original Nintendo DS "fatty".

I think might end up picking this up

I'm really glad to see these games make it to full-fledged game boxes. They're definitely worth the money.

I was looking around for a collection of these games the other day, glad there is something coming out to satisfy my wish to play through the whole series.

ffffuuuuuu........ I know I want to play this on the go, but the Wii collection sounds REALLY nice...

What now, do I get both?! God damnit!

#30 Posted by Winsord (1201 posts) -

Neat, but the Bit.Trip games have never had much lasting power for me.

#31 Posted by Pickingwings (182 posts) -

This would give me a reason to buy a 3DS as I loved Bit.Trip.Beat and Runner looks fantastic just by itself.

Like what everyone else said. This should come to PC.

I got one of those on the PC.  Would be nice on XBL,
but I doubt I'd buy it.

Fuck 1-11 in Runner.

That's all.

Started this series up two days ago on the 3DS version. Loving every single second of all of them.
