blazblue has great character designs. while that's.... very revealing, it's fine with me. 

Extra anime sexuality makes me feel supremely uncomfortable.  To be honest though, I feel the same way about some of the character design from Dead or Alive and other games.   
 
Edit:  It's also my least favourite part of some of my favourite games, which are the new Ninja Gaiden titles.  I find the nerd fantasy, unrealistic naked chick thing weird.

9-19 especially 9-14 year old may have uncomfortable feeling of the art but they have option to not play.

I like it. Sure, it's extremely revealing, but I really only mind sexual content when it feels out of place, or involves disgustingly large, gravity-defying boobs or chicks who look like they're 12.

When games have limbs being cut off and heads exploded and that scene where that dude's eye bugs out in MW2, I'm a lot less creeped out by sexual images than violent ones.  People liking sexual imagery is healthy, people being attracted to violent imagery is disconcerting.

I just started playing Calamity Trigger (Europe, no CS yet) and this design does not surprise me in the slightest.

That gives me a strange feeling in my loins.
