    Yeah, just logged on to XBOX Live and Makoto is officially out along with the 1.01 patch that allows you to play against her online. The update is free, the character is not.
     
    UPDATE: I just soundly beat a Makoto player in a ranked match online. Apparently, the trick is to block low when she starts twirling into her 214C-->CCCCCC string. Look for people to abuse this in lieu of mix-ups.

    Just got her, shes a fun character to play. Lil pricey though. 
     
    I was hoping for that price they would of added some story mode to her or arcade. But nope! 
     
    I need to know more BB story T_T Tao said I have to wait till next game to learn more :[

    July? Dude, I want to be in your dimension. Valkenhyn's probably out by now over there.
    But yeah, I kind of got caught off guard when, after the character select screen, I found myself fighting against a character I had absolutely no knowledge about. I got whupped because of my confusion (then again, that usually happens to me against fighting genre veterans).
