Blissey is a normal-type pokemon first seen in Pokemon Gold/Silver. Blissey is the evolved form of Chansey and, like Chansey, Blissey carries around a lucky egg.

Note

Blissey has one of the highest Special Defense stats in the game among non-legendaries, and is often used as a "Special Wall" in competitive battles.
Likewise, Skarmory has one of the highest Physical Defense Stats in the game among non-legendaries, and is used as a "Physical Wall".
