Bob is an American martial arts legend, who disappeared from the fighting world after he realized that, due to his small figure, he is unable to defeat larger opponents. After many years, many assumed Bob to be dead, but with The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 approaching, Bob decides to return, surprising everyone with his new figure. Although he appeared to be an obese man, Bob claims to have engineered his body to increase his strength and weight while maintaining speed.

However, very few believed Bob's seemingly outrageous claims, and he entered The King of Iron Fist Tournament 6 to test out his new figure.

Despite Bob being morbidly obese, he is one of the quickest characters in the game. This, as well as his long reach and effective move-set make him one of the most powerful characters in Tekken 6. He, as well as Kazuya, Jin and Devil Jin are regarded as the top ranked characters in Tekken 6. However, with the release of Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion, he has been toned down somewhat in order to balance out gameplay.
