    Boo boo is the bow tie dawning, cub sidekick of  Yogi Bear. Boo boo is often the voice of reason, but is rarely heeded by Yogi, leading to trouble. Boo boo's career began in the same time and place as that of Yogi Bear. Boo boo joined Yogi in a debut on The Huckleberry Hound Show in 1958, and continued to follow Yogi into 1961 when they were given their own show, The Yogi Bear Show.

    Yogi is a bear small bear cub. He is a lighter shade of brown than Yogi, and wears a blue bow tie. The drawing of his bow tie varies however; in some shows it is shown attached to a collar, but in others it is simply tied right into his fur.
