I loved that quest. There is an easter egg hidden within that quest, however. Slight side-quest spoiler:

While my buddy and I were playing together, we found that after you kill TMNT's and go into their living area, there are 4 switches that can be pressed, and each one changes a light pattern on the wall. If you light all 5 lights to green, another TMNT character reference ("Flinter", I think it was) comes out as an enemy, and there's a chance to get some pretty decent loot from killing him.

Finding something like that on my own was awesome and was probably one of my favorite moments in the game so far. Surprised I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere else yet.

I totally killed all of them, the n summoned up and killed Flinter.

And never thought about TMNT

I liked this particular easter egg, but the Minecraft head is really dumb looking. I wish it was something else...what a waste of a good head unlock. Oh well.

I guess so. But then what constitutes hidden? A lot of those things on Kotaku are extremely obvious and you're almost guaranteed to find them. Like, the creeper thing is definitely an easter egg. Skin names aren't, I would say.

Yea the skins I referred to are dropped by the creeper that you have stated is definitely an easter egg. phew.
