    I ran through this with ease at Level 48, everything was scaled to around 42-44...I completed the mission now it seems to be just a dead area. Save/quitting and reloading didn't change this, sadly. Is this one run per playthrough, one per character, or am I totally missing something?

    I think its once per playthough since they count as quests.
