By an off chance I pissed off Monica Rial  
 
She starting saying "fine ignore me!" or "do you want me to tell your father?"
 when I would switch to another gun or talk during the use of other guns as though she was jelly 
 
I can't figure how I got her ticked off? 
cause later in another season she was back to her old self

I seriously doubt this has anything to do with Borderlands 2. And if it does, you're been extremely cryptic about it.

Edit: Oh, wait. Monica Rial is the voice actress who plays the "guilt gun". You could have started there instead.

That gun was too annoying for me I couldn't use it.

The MorningStar sniper rifle is a quest reward, and it's gimmick is that it constantly scolds you for shooting people in the head or even when reloading. I'm assuming that Monica Rial is the person who did the voice for the gun.
