I picked up a spare Borderlands 2 Steam code through a friend who got it with his new video card (he made me pay him $20 for the Assassin's Creed III code tho, what a jerk), and I already have the game, so I thought I would offer it up to the masses.

But wait, there's a catch (of course, dammit). The first person to answer the 4 questions below correctly gets the code. The last time I did this, I only had one question, and it was a softball, so I figure I'll make it a little harder this time.

1. Who's race car was on display at the mall in Left 4 Dead 2?

2. What's the name of the dog in Haunting Ground for the PS2?

3. Which Gradius title was the only game in the series to include the Vertical Mine missle?

4. Name the founder of the surf store that lent its name to the 1988 surf and skateboarding game for the NES.

@Humanity: You got them all right first, so you get the code. Took over 15 minutes for a response, so I'm guessing they were reasonably difficult to find.
