I'm trying to decide, Amazon 10 dollars off or gamestop with additional content? I dislike gamestop but having an extra mob to fight in game is a very intriguing pre-order bonus.

Where are you pre-ordering from?
Is an extra mob worth 10 dollars? I bought from Amazon. 10 dollars is the best preorder bonus you could get. Plus it's Amazon.

Amazon because it comes to my house and is $16 cheaper after sales tax.

I used to get pretty much everything from Amazon, but since they dropped their 99 cent release date delivery, I see almost no good reason to ever pre-order from there again. The one exception is if you're a member of Amazon Prime--really fast free shipping / Netflix-ish streaming video--but that's kind of pricey for as much as I'd use the service.
If you have at least two or three games to pick up this Holiday season, your best bet is probably Best Buy. You pay 15 dollars one time, and you can get 20 dollars in credit for pretty much every AAA blockbuster title that's coming out this year. It's a pretty good deal: http://www.cheapassgamer.com/forums/showthread.php?t=322426
I'm a pretty big fan of Borderlands, though, so I did end up pre-ordering at GameStop, which is something I haven't done in ages. I want all the content for that game that I can get my hands on.
Lastly, you should know that Gearbox has said that GameStop's exclusive Creature Slaughter Dome WILL be made available to purchase after the game has been out for a little while. It will not be exclusive forever.
@SpaceInsomniac: Yeah, I've been a prime member for years, I do almost all of my shopping exclusively through Amazon. It's a lot easier than trying to go out and wrangle a baby.
I wish through Amazon. Alas, I'm too poor. At least I just beat Borderlands because of PS+, I'm going to platinum the game and I have a copy of Mass Effect 3 on it's way by Wednesday. I'd say those 2 are good enough replacements.
I'm just going to go to gamestop raw and just buy it on release day. Sense it will be my birthday that day. I figure it will be a nice gift to buy for myself. If gamestop don't have it I'll look somewhere else.
Amazon. Although since I have that Tuesday off of work I kind of wish I pre-ordered from GS just so I could pick it up at midnight. Oh well.
I don't preorder, I just go to an EBgames on day one and get someone else’s preorder copy with bonus.
TY for not caring EBgames.
Gamestop. I ordered the $99 version. I am also getting free one day shipping because the messed up during processing.

@falserelic: You might as well drop 5 bucks on the preorder before release though cuz you get a bunch of additional content, including that new character class when they finish it. It's my b-day the 15 so this is goona be my gift to myself as well man, happy birthday duder.
I didn't know about the new class and the extra content. I might actually pre-order it now thanks. Btw... Happy Birthday too man.

Yeah but then you have to go to Best Buy to get your games. That's not worth being payed 5 dollars the first time and 20 dollars for each additional game.
Amazon Prime is a great investment, once you have it you can just get everything of Amazon! I bought two mechanical pencils off Amazon last week, they're really nice looking! Saved me a trip to Staples, plus Staples really doesn't have any pencils this nice anyway judging by the fact these are nicer than the ones I've gotten in the last few years. Also got some pens. They're not as snazzy but they're cool.
Gamestop, because being able to slowly pay off something helps when you go for limited stuff like that loot chest, besides my OCD would have killed me if I missed that DLC anyway.
Plus being friendly with local businesses gets you cool shit some times...Damn things like four foot long.
Amazon, already ordered and everything. I'm not big on pre-order bonuses or anything really, what comes with it is cool it was more of a "I don't want to go to Best Buy/EB/Target/etc etc" deal. Much prefer to come home and have it waiting for me.
@Bane122: The extra character class comes free with all pre-orders. The way it works is that when ever they finish making that class and release it, you will get it for free, if you pre-ordered. The other thing is if you get the game at gamestop, you get access to some dlc before everyone else.
Amazon. The creature dome bonus content from Gamestop doesn't sound all the interesting to me. I figure I'll get enough of that in the main game.

Okay, thanks for the info. It's really weird how no one else besides GS seems to mention it. Is it known yet how we'll access her once she's out? Like a code pack in or on the receipt or something?
