Melee each other. "You'll see a <User Name> demands satisfaction from you!" or "You demand satisfaction from <User Name>" after you get melee'd or melee someone, respectively.

You probably have it off. Like they said game menu changes it. Dueling is fun xD   "<Players Name> Demands Satisfaction"

Your companions may have turned off dueling. Anyway, isn't it pointless in a game that doesn't reward you for it at all?
