Borderlands is a first-person shooter RPG from Gearbox Software that puts players into the shoes of one of four playable characters as they traverse the hostile planet of Pandora in search of a mysterious "Vault," said to contain priceless unknown riches and alien technologies.
The ending was....confusing

But it is considered polite to warn people for spoilers, even if they're stupid enough to go into the thread." @Venatio said:Why are you still in the thread? The Vault was the mythical "Pandora's Box". It was told to contain untold treasures, but in reality it contained a force powerful enough to consume the Universe. You were selected by the Guardian Angel, who kept leading you on with promises of finding the Vault, she believing you capable of eliminating the force once and for all.
Yeah, the ending was terrible.
I'm one of the few that really wasn't super enthusiastic about Borderlands by the time I finished it. It's good fun as a multiplayer loot hunt, but there's just not enough substance in it for me to explore the DLC.

"Alrighty but who was the Guardian Angel? What was she? Was she that satellite over Pandora?
What, you didn't get all of the rarest guns from the vault? Did you just leave without getting them or something. Sucks for you man.
the guardian angel is believed to be an ancient eridian AI that has latched onto the satilite. in the same way the GA attached to the satilite the destroyer has latched onto the claptrap.
the eridians sealed themselves into the vault with the destroyer but he could only be killed in this world.

I thought that, but when it pans out to the satellite, it shows the Crimson Lance symbol on her...it...whatever.
