    Overview

    Seen in Silent Hill 4, this rotting, upside down human torso walks on its own hands. It moves and behaves very much like the Twin Victims, but is a lot more dangerous, as it will attack very quickly compared to other enemies and can also appear in groups. This monster represents Walter's anger towards his biological parents, which is the reason they appear in Apartment World.
