#1 Edited by G0rd0nFr33m4n (762 posts) -

I don't work for the gameing industry but I've only read good things about this game so I'm here to let everyone know its $5 this weekend on steam.

I'm gonna try the demo and then maybe buy it, rock on.

I already have it, for $5 its a steal. I know a loads been raved about it already but it is worth all the talk

Anyone who hasn't already got this game NEEDS to buy it at this price. Even if it isn't normally your type of game, you owe it to yourself to play a masterpiece like this.

It's definitely worth it. I got it with a indie-games pack, so technically I got it for $4.

@MattyFTM: But I don't WANNNA!!! It looks like Mario Bros but not and I don't like jumping! Maybe I'll wait until Steam has their huge Winter/End of the Year sale...

I just picked it up for £3.39 alongside KOTOR, I'm a happy bunny :D

I have it on 360, but I have a question for those that have it on PC.  Remember when they announced that level editor for Braid and everyone (well not everyone) was really hyped for the amazing stuff that would be made.

Did anyone make anything?

got it in the indie games pack as well when that was on sale, t hink it was like 30 bucks for 10 or so games.

I hope that was sarcasm Mr. ZombiePie.

There is nothing that Braid does or has that would make me consider purchasing it. The only thing would be for the Steam achievements. How easy is it to get them?

The brilliant part of Braid is the gameplay.  When the puzzles crank up in later levels it's an amazing game.  Only thing you could compare it to is Portal, but Braid has even more interesting puzzles, less story driven.

Oh you mean the GAMING industry. Braid is awesome though.

I didn't really like Braid. It was interesting but I didn't have that much fun.

I've only seen one level made for it. I tried messing around with the level editor myself but it looked really complicated. I'd definitely like to see more people making levels for it.

You'll get almost all of them by just completing the game. The only one I don't have is the speed run.

#20 Posted by Emilio (3380 posts) -

Going to play the demo.
If I like it I will buy it tomorrow.

#23 Posted by sociald1077 (262 posts) -

I'm gonna have to pick this up. Heard lots of good things about it and $5 is a hell of a deal.

$5 for Braid is fantastic.

#25 Posted by Tearhead (2104 posts) -

That's a great deal. I've played through Braid before, but it wasn't my copy. I'm waiting for the PS3 release to buy it so I can own it. But this is REALLY tempting.

Great game, totally worth 5 bucks.

Been waiting for this game to be on deal for ages, so naturally when I saw it I snapped it up.
Great game, well worth the £3

just wanted to say I beat it last night and it was awesome.  damn they are clever with those puzzles, and somehow always able to think up a new mechanic.  very nice music too.
