    Heart.  A good soldier only really needs to know how to take orders.  That doesn't require much brain at all.  But if he has no heart he won't be worth a damn to the guys next to him.

    Yeah, after I put a few more minutes of thought into this, Vlademir is right.  Squad Leaders need both, Soldiers just need heart.

    I'd say heart is more important than brain though both are necessary nonetheless
