A Russian crime boss in Liberty City.
Mori Kibbutz is the older brother of Brucie Kibbutz, and a supporting character in the GTA IV expansion, The Ballad of Gay Tony.
The anti-hero protagonist from GTAIV, Niko is of Serbo-Croatian ethnicity, and an army veteran of the civil strife of the Balkans during the early to mid 90's. He finds himself quickly disillusioned by the fallacy of the "American Dream" after emigrating from the former Yugoslavia to Liberty City.
Roman is Niko's loyal cousin in Grand Theft Auto IV and is the game's deuteragonist.
