I though ozzy was going to give you secrets like he said in the beginning of the game. Something similar to legend beast things or whatever they're called. Just sharing my opinions.

He does give you secrets, in the form of updates to your arsenal and car.

I always sort of perceived his sharing secrets with you as his upgrading of your guitar, axe etc. with the Titans' ancient and forgotten technologies.

I was too busy noticing how Ozzy was able to talk over top of himself as I scrolled through menus to tell if he was any good. "
