Newsbot Glitch in PS3 Version

Have any of you run into the issue of not being able to find the Newsbot in Itchin' to Crumble? There is supposed to be one right before you slide down the building, but it is never there. I own the PS3 version, and I was wondering if there is any way to beat this atrocity.

i ve got the same issue... it's not fixed yet, so sad i can't take my platinum.
