    In particular, Jaime Griesemer's 134-page presentation on why he changed the time between the shots for the Sniper Rifle; from 0.5 seconds (Halo 2) to 0.7 seconds (Halo 3) is a brilliant insight into how 'little' things like weapon balancing have to be rigorously thought out beforehand.
