    Yes, I'm very sure you do. However, there's no way to buy this game new without getting the 4 buzzers.

    Why only PS3.... my gf is dying for this game but she only has PS2 and WIi. Because it's PS3 exclusive though, it's sold in the bundle only.

    Yeah, the game itself is exclusive PS3 but the buzzers have a USB dongle so they can be used on the PS2 as well.

    Also, just a heads up - the new "Brain Of The UK", "Brain Of France", "Brain Of Australia", etc don't come with Buzzers and can't be played without them.
