What was your strategy of getting the Mile High Club achievement? I've been thinking of going back and trying it again, so I need some good tips.

Just memorize where to take cover, where to place you stun grenades and just spend 2 whole days doing it.
That's basically what i did and oh yeah... YOU HAVE TO GET A HEAD SHOT!
Good luck dude
My friend did it on veteran. He said he kept popping in and out of the sights to lock on to enemies.
I actually found the video on XBL's Insider Moves to be very helpful. Used the exact strategy they did to get the achievement last Friday night.
very basically:
Knife the dude that comes out of the toilets, throw a flash down the corridor, and mop up all the guys in the room directly in front of you while walking to get behind the seats on the right in the next room. Your guys will mop up any bad guys you left behind (hopefully >.<) The cabin will go ka-boom, throw a flash and take cover behind the seats in the middle, watching your right, theres sometimes a guy camping there. Dudes will come down the stairs, shoot them, run to the top while reloading. Throw a flash and shoot while taking cover, your guys will mop up most of them. Time is usually getting really tight for me here so I end up rushing through, you usually do have more time than you need though so chill out. Go through watching your right while throwing your last flash straight down the narrow corridor, run while shooting (youll probably have to get your pistol out at some point) and hopefully youll reach the hostage in time. Shoot the guy in the head as soon as the event starts. I got to this part 5 FUCKING TIMES before I shot him right.

Thats exactly the strategy that I used to get it.
Best Mile High Club strategy, right there. I tried over 100 times using various strategies, then I started using that one and got it after 4 tries.
