which do you prefer

Well I've never played it on the pc, so I'm gonna have to go with the console. :P

Console I prefer Xbox Live to online gaming on a PC

I'm kind of guessing that people will choose the version they actually bought... pointless question.

It depends on the console.. PC to PS3 I'd pick PS3. PC to Xbox360 I'd Pick Either. PC to Wii, I'd Pick Wii.

Well I own it on both, I enjoy it on PC because I usually rank up a huge high score. But honestly I like it more on the Xbox 360. My friends play it on that and I'd rather have fun then get a high score

Having both PC and 360 I would say I prefer 360. The friends list is already set up for me and I hate dealing with servers.

PC since that's the only version I own.

I would prefer to play it on a PC with mouse and keyboard... but I haven't upgraded my computer in a couple of years and got used to the controller layout already.

PC with mods, custom maps, etc. Plus keyboard and mouse.

PC personally. Still love consoles, though I just feel at home with PC.

Just never been a fan of PC gaming. The only kind of gaming I enjoy doing on a PC is with Arcade emulators, which technically isn't PC gaming.

I played it on both Xbox 360 and PC, and I have to say I prefer 360. I love being able to just jump into a game. I played the PC version and is it just me or do people camp more in the PC version? I assume people don't wanna rush since the mouse gives a huge advantage on aim, or maybe PC gamers are just really good. Either way, I wasn't having too much fun on PC. At least in the Xbox version I can get a positive kd ratio.

I have never played the PC version, so console.

PC hands down.

PC. The competitive community for the game on the PC version is much more lively.

Console, but  Pc is starting to move up

Both have their strengths, but to me, PC is the more enjoyable platform.

For me, I'd pick PC because I game better in FPS with a Keyboard and Mouse.

Console, Play better with a Controller in hand and all.

Hulk prefer console because all of Hulk friends play it on 360.

PC and PS3.
PC because of the map editor
PS3 because i play it with my friends.

PC for many reasons but seems consoles have all the power now.  Unless developers step up, nothing stoping console domination.

-New symbols next to names (Forgot mode name)
-Standard Voice Chat

PC
-Much bigger servers (More Players)
-Better Control
-Better Graphics
-Custom Content (mods, maps, models)

Choose whichever you like, other than those defining characteristics, they are both the same.

As I own both PC and X360 versions, I have to say that PC is a much better experience. Of course, it all depends on what is available to you. I used third party chat frequently with a bunch of friends who I play CoD4 with, and we frequent get scrims. I've tried to get a few matches over on the X360 side of things, but I find that competetive 360 is totally different to playing it on the PC, for the wrong reasons. That's just my experience, anyway.

PC, definitely.

I'd have to say that both have something to offer. I enjoy the 360 version because of the playlists and player matching system, you don't have to worry if you'll be able to find a game that's not hardcore. For the PC version depeding on your hardware you can get sharper visuals, and obviously better controls. What I don't like about both? 360 version: Host has left the game, PC version: Too many Hardcore servers.

If I absolutely had to pick one it would be the 360 version because you can just jump in and play.

Definitely PC.  Probably because it plays the best for the games I like to play with superior controls and interface.

PC hands down. A game like CoD4 is much much slower on a console than it is on a PC.
Aiming with a mouse will also always be better than a analog stick

PC, as usual.  The only plus side to the 360 version is that all of my friends play it.

PC, I need that mouse and keyboard feel for a game like COD4.
