I have seen a number of people in the MP lobbies with a little "plus, man target" next to their names in the MP lobbies.

Anyone have any idea what this signifies?

I thought it might be that they were partied up or something. Not sure though.

They signed up for Elite. If you select them in the lobby, you can see what groups you share with them.

This, it's just an extra online service, you're essentially paying for contests.
