make CoD photoshop pictures  i would post mine but GB doesnt let me post PSD files and i do not know how so come on do your thing :)

  Save your work as a BMP or JPG, then you can post it.

 Save your .psd as .jpg -_-
 
Edit: ararar beat me to it. :o
 
In Format, choose JPEG. Image -> Mode make sure it is set to RGB and to 8bit.
