Capcom is a well-known Japanese game developer and publisher, formerly known as Capsule Computing. They are responsible for such franchises as Mega Man, Resident Evil, Street Fighter, Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter and Onimusha.
Marvel Vs Capcom 3? I don't know, they have so many great upcoming games, maybe they're spreading themselves too thin? Personally, I'd like to see a new Power Stone style game, or an old school Viewtiful Joe like experience.
Well, Dead Rising 2 is being done by a Canadian company, MvC2 is being ported by Foundation 9, Bionic Commando is by GRIN...
Is Lost Planet 2 the only announced Capcom game actually being made by Capcom?
I bet they'd like to make another game similar to SF4, between stuff like Darkstalkers and Capcom vs SNK, the most popular is probably Marvel vs Capcom, and that one can be paid in part by Marvel maybe. I'd guess Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and a 2D Strider remake like Bionic Commando.
I'm hoping for Power Stone 3 just so my prediction comes true.
I do think Power Stone 3 could be one of them, the other one... no clue. Another Viewtiful Joe is due as well as another Mega Man X. Capcom is sitting on a lot of franchises that could use a reboot.
Seems like a perfect fit for the DS or PSP huh.....
Weird franchise. You know what, Power Stone as a downloadable title has never made more sense then it does now. I can't believe more Dreamcast games don't make it onto the services by Sega or the other players. I'm sure there are many reasons, I just can't think of any myself!
Capcom have confirmed their E3 line up, excluding the mystery games of course. I think one will be shown at the show, while the other I think will be simply announced.
