I know it'll be a good game with more content that most XBLA games but...1800? That's more than portal. Also with the high price I feel it'll lower sales and lower the amount of players online and if you didn't know this game has 4 player co-op, its biggest plus for me.

Unless it's REALLY good I'll wait until it drops down to 1200.

I was really excited about this game but now, I don't think I'm going to buy it.  That is a ridiculous price that no one should have to pay.

Castle Crashers IS going to be really good, so I'll be picking it up ASAP. & it won't price-drop for like a year dude. What a n00b to wait that long...

At that price I can't see the game selling well at all. It's not like there is precedent to expect to pay more for a sure fire quality title. Alien Hominid was good, but a lot of the praise was born out of the fact it was an indie game.

I will get the game if it is more than your typical XBLA game. 

My expectations will definitely be higher if they want to charge that much.

This definitely makes me wish you could GameFly XBLA titles.

How much did the Penny Arcade game cost? It seems that would have more content and more meat to it then this game. I know it wasn't as much as CC is going to be.

Damn, why couldn't they make it worth 1600 so you don't have to buy another card just to make it 1800? Guess I'll be buying enough points to get Bionic Commando also, and other little shit things like a theme or some other scam.

Looks like an amazing game and i was for sure gonna get it, but that price. For an arcade game i'm really not so sure....

Same thing, I was all geared to pay maybe a bit more, but 1800 points is just overkill.

But this was posted on the Japanese MS site, so there is a chance that the price may vary.

Meh. There has been more expensive downloadable content on Xbox live. $22.50 (did I do my math right?) isn't to much for a game.

I don't think so ,but It better be. There's no reason that a game should be priced that high such as castle crashers. I was definitely gonna buy it,it looked pretty cool,but I'm not gonna fucking spend that much money for it,if it ends up being true that's just ridiculous.

The PSN had a $40 game a year ago. That must mean PSN > XBLA. ;-) J/k. =P The game was Warhawk, anyway (which is $30 now). The next most expensive game is Fatal Inertia EX ($30). However, that's also a retail game on 360, so that doesn't count. Next after that is Ratchet and Clank Future: Quest for Booty at $15. So, personally, I think Microsoft's decided to start ripping people off on XBLA.
