    Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

    In this reboot of the beloved Castlevania franchise, Gabriel Belmont goes on a quest to defeat the sinister Lords of Shadow, who are preventing the souls of the departed from passing on to the afterlife, in order to obtain from them a magical mask that will bring his murdered wife Marie back from the dead.

    So we know that Lords of shadow's combat system is ripped from GOW ( Which is probably a good thing) but is the game still Metroidvania? 
    Does anybody know?      Please say yes :(

    No one is really sure about that yet. But in an IGN preview, the guy doing it took 8 hours to get to chapter 3 and there is 12 chapters. And that could even be more, some people like to play slower than others. 
     
    So even if it isn't the game is looking to be really long.
