Alice: Madness Returns
The Caterpillar appears in Alice: Madness Returns, not as his wormy self but as a cocoon. He speaks to Alice through the many different hookah pipes that she smokes throughout different levels to induce hallucinations. When she finally fights through the Near East area that the Caterpillar brings her into she encounters a statute in his likeness. She complains about going all this way to find only a simulacrum of him and he brings her into the cave that he is hanging in - in a cocoon. He tells her something cryptic about the Queen being someone that she knows and Alice is brought out of Wonderland as the Caterpillar is seen sprouting wings out of the cocoon.
