Hopefully they're good enough actors to the point where you won't really notice it. Or ideally, you can pick the japanese voices, which is what i would prefer anyway.

Seeing as Michelle Ruff also voices Rukia from Bleach, she's definitely capable of very-different sounding voices from Yukari. Not so sure about Troy Baker, who played Snow in FFXIII, nor Laura Bailey, who voiced Serah also from FFXIII, since those two characters are pretty similar in tone to Kanji and Rise respectively, but who knows right? I expect we'll see an English voiced trailer within a month or so now that the bulk of the voice cast is out in the open, guess we'll find out then.

Yukari/Cindy as Katherine, hm? Not what I was expecting, and it doesn't seem a great fit. I think I would have preferred Tara Platt (Mitsuru). But hey, I may be wrong! Maybe Ruff can pull it off.

I hope we will hear Johnny Yong Bosch (Young Detective) or Yuri Lowenthal  (Yosuke). That would certainly make my day.
 
I gotta say though, playing all those Japanese games that I do, Laura Bailey is quickly becoming the most recognizable female voice in video games for me. And I like it. (gender specification necessary because no one can beat Nolan North)

Those are great voice actors, although maybe I'm identifying them with their characters and how I like them.

I would assume it's just easier for Atlus to pull in voice actors that they have worked with in the past.

I'd like if there was an option to keep Japanese voices. The voice actors assigned to Catherine so far are amazing, but I always prefer to hear the original language.
