Pretty much what others say, I think she's related in some way but not directly killing people.

Something makes her do it, so I chose the first option, coz she is still doing it (even if unintentional).

I dunno man, they covered it up well and the plot managed to throw me for a loop there at the whole Namatame business, but the minute  Adachi showed up, I pretty much said: ''Yup, he's the killer.''

She is related, but the details of the game are still sketchy so it is impossible to say.

Wait. What deaths? I thought this game was about sex and sheep men.
