I am desperately trying to find out how I can download the demo onto my xbox. Thing is I am in the UK. Rubbish!  
I vaguely remember been able to make a US psn account to download demos from the Americas.  
Is it possible to do the same for the xbox?

I believe so. I have a Japanese Xbox Live account.

Yes. But, for now, the account will have to be a Gold one if you want to download the Catherine demo.

You can probably find someone that will give you an XBOX Live Gold 48 hour key or something.

Surprisingly, those codes don't actually give you complete XBL Gold. They let you play online multiplayer, but they won't let you download demos reserved for paid XBL Gold accounts.

Very true. Some games won't even let you play the ranked playlists using a trial. :/
