    The first game developed by Atlus for the PS3/Xbox 360. Made by the Persona Team, The game is an "adult oriented" action-adventure/horror game with puzzle platforming stages.

    So if this is set for a "december" release in japan?

    Here is my timeline guess:
    February: Atlus USA will announce that will be bring the game overseas.
    3Q of 2011 game is release in the USA
    4Q some game company will get the rights to bringing the game to Europe sometime in 2012

    I'd guess sometime mid-Summer 2011 for US, late 2011 to early 2012 for UK, if it's localized at all.

    I've stopped bothering with PAL consoles a looooooong time ago, though. We always get fucked over in the worst possible ways(in price as well).

    Yeah, games that come out in the UK before NA are rare.  Persona 4 was not one of them.

    Hell no.  Persona 3/4 had amazing English VO work.  I don't want that charm to be lost by reading text like some anime.  I'd be fine with it if it never comes out over here—in NA—but if it does, I really want to hear awesome English voice actors.

    Ah, thought you were saying it as though that's what you wanted to happen.  Apologies.  But, of course, they could do a whole bunch of stuff for it to release faster here.  I mean, they could release it at its current state in Japan and slap a poor excuse of a sub to the game for a simultaneous NA and Japan release in September.  But that wouldn't be feasible as core aspects of the game would be missing, and that's how I feel about English dubs. 
     
    Of course, I say that, but if we're given the choice between either subs or no release at all, I'll take the former (reluctantly). :P

    They could, but that's not Atlus's preferred method of localization.  They put a lot of effort into their dubs, and it really annoys the localization team when some jackhole releases a translation "patch" online that replaces the English dub actors with the Japanese voices.  And I have to agree with that, because it really is a disservice to the people that put that effort into the localization.

    I like this idea. I'd like to see more games with the option as well.. I really like the voices already, even if they DO end up doing a dub (which has always been pretty darn good) I'd like the option for the Japanese voice cast.

    well with this being on the ps3/360 compared to ps2 i am sure there will be space for the second audio track this time around if they so choose
