According to (*POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT ABOUT PICTURES ON THE SITE*)  vg-resource.com, Catherine may have been looking at a PC release at one point, as well as revealing some story and gameplay changes that may have happened over development including an interesting multiplayer component that seems to have been changed and a few of cellphone images that weren't used/finished in the game.

**Keep in mind, if you consider cellphone images that as a spoiler (there are a few that were unused but some of them in the site gallery are in the game), then you can see the most interesting stuff below.

A UI resource on the 360 disc showed PC controls.

In regards to the UI stuff, if an engine is designed to be multiplatform it will typically have pictures for the buttons and mouse controls, not really indicative of a PC version only that the engine is capable of being ported to PC. you never know though

That's also a highly likely possibility with a cross-platform engine full of generic UI info. They might have just not bothered to remove it since it takes up a negligible amount of space. I found the character select stuff to be more interesting, personally.
