    Cecilia is first lieutenant of the Naval Battle Cruiser Silvia and a tactician. She is a character from Albatross18.

    Cecilia is a bit of a calculation expert, almost always able to make shots as expected.  However, her calculations won't go as planned, and become 'level-headed'.  She also is apparently jealous of 'would-be-couples', even going as far as perhaps trying to deny them enlistment into the Navy, as evidenced in her regular story arc in Super Swing Golf.  Since she is from the Navy, her natural enemies are pirates, especially the pirate captain Kooh.  Cecilia hopes to arrest her, but as of right now, she has never been able to successfully arrest Kooh, even in Super Swing Golf Season 2.

    In Super Swing Golf, Cecilia is looking for new recruits to the Navy, through playing games of Pangya.  She eventually meets up with Max, who is looking to join the Navy himself.

    In Super Swing Golf Season 2, Cecilia is the 'boss' of the third stop of Tour Mode, Shining Sands.
